Job Title: RFP Manager
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Skyward is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to lead and elevate our Request for Proposal (RFP) function. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end RFP process—driving quality, consistency, and on-time submissions—while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and executive leadership. This is a high-impact role with opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.

What you’ll do:

Own the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.

Review, edit, and finalize RFP responses for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Lead and mentor RFP team members; provide coaching and performance guidance.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align messaging and strategy.

Ensure RFP content stays current, on-brand, and competitively positioned.

Support contract-related documents and renewal paperwork as needed.

Help analyze competitive bids and contribute to special projects.

Continuously improve RFP processes, tools, and win rates.

What you’ll need:

Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience leading or mentoring others.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document formatting tools.
