Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Manager to support clean energy and beneficial electrification programs focused on residential solutions such as HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole-home efficiency. This is a developmental role designed for early-career professionals looking to build experience in marketing, product, and program management within a collaborative environment.
This role works closely with senior product and program leaders to support marketing strategy, translate policy and regulatory requirements into clear program materials, and assist with campaign execution and performance tracking.
What You Will Be Doing / Working On
Support clean energy product and program strategy under guidance of a Senior Product Manager
Translate policy and regulatory requirements into program rules, applications, and documentation
Write, update, and maintain marketing and customer-facing materials
Support execution of marketing campaigns and customer messaging
Coordinate with marketing communications, program, regulatory, and policy teams
Review and validate program data, KPIs, and system reports
Provide administrative and coordination support across the product lifecycle
Contribute in a fast-changing, sometimes ambiguous environment while learning and growing
Must-Have Skills
0–3 years of experience in marketing, business, product, or program support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to create and edit presentations and written collateral
Basic analytical and math skills with comfort reviewing data and KPIs
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Comfortable learning and operating in ambiguous environments
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns
Salesforce or CRM experience
Exposure to HVAC, residential energy efficiency, or beneficial electrification programs
Basic business or marketing analytics experience
Marketing or technical communications experience
