Job Description:
- Development and Integration: Design and develop solutions within the Nautilus ECM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and workflows.
- Customization: Tailor Nautilus modules to align with specific business requirements, enhancing functionalities such as document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or patches to maintain optimal functionality.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to gather requirements and support organizational objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training for end-users and ongoing technical support for efficient system use.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient document management solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders and document processes.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Windows PowerShell
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including SQL and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Experience with Hyland OnBase is advantageous
