Description: This Account Director will lead and scale Harvest Group's TikTok Shop offering, driving strategic growth and operational excellence for our clients across social and evolving commerce channels. This role serves as the senior strategic lead for assigned accounts, responsible for developing holistic commerce strategies, expanding client partnerships, and delivering measurable business impact across TikTok Shop. The Account Director will oversee cross-functional execution across digital shelf, retail media, content, creative, analytics, and operations while identifying new growth opportunities within Emerging Markets. This leader will play a critical role in shaping Harvest Group's point of view, capabilities, and go-to-market strategy within TikTok Shop, ensuring our clients are positioned for long-term, profitable growth in rapidly evolving digital commerce environments.
For this role we prefer that candidates are based out of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the senior strategic advisor for TikTok Shop clients, owning overall account direction and growth
Develop and drive annual and quarterly commerce strategies aligned to revenue, profitability, and brand objectives
Lead executive business reviews, roadmap planning, and long-term growth conversations
Translate emerging platform trends and new commerce capabilities into actionable client strategies
Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
Support new business through pitch development, strategic contribution, and executive-level presentations
Help define and scale Harvest's TikTok Shop service offering, building repeatable frameworks and best practices
Pilot new platform features and innovative commerce models to unlock growth
Oversee cross-functional execution across digital shelf, retail media, content, creative, analytics, and operations
Directly manage and develop team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and clear accountability
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in digital commerce, ecommerce strategy, or omnichannel account leadership
Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop
Strong understanding of digital shelf strategy, conversion optimization, paid media integration, and ecommerce analytics
Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with operational detail and execution oversight
Preferred:

Experience scaling emerging commerce channels within a brand, agency, or consulting environment
Deep familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and platform analytics
Experience integrating retail media, influencer/affiliate marketing, and social commerce strategies
Track record of building new service offerings or launching new channel capabilities

The national hiring starting base salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
