Its clients use their programmatic solutions to improve their reputation or performance (acquisition of traffic, customers etc). MISSIONS As an Adops Executive you are in charge of the technical coordination of digital campaigns, including the supervision of the trafficking and tracking of campaigns, as well as the reporting of their performance. You implement all the means ensuring the online and dissemination of campaigns. You advise and recommend the most appropriate tracking to the media and business objectives defined. You are listening to the technical innovations of digital campaign measurement in order to be a force of proposal to your advertisers. You will be in charge of: The recommendation of trafficking and tracking of digital campaigns. The elaboration and optimization of tagging plans, in coherence with the media and business objectives of advertisers in collaboration with the Adops Manager. The management of tracers and implementation either directly within the TMS clients, or in relation with the webmasters site advertisers. The online of digital campaigns. The recommendation on the mode of trafficking and tracking of digital campaigns, in coherence with the media and business objectives of advertisers. The preparation of trafficking sheets with tracked URLs (site centric). The management of the programming of campaigns within the main adservers. The management of creative elements with creative agencies: verification of their conformity to the technical specifics, eventual requests for modifications… The management of the relationship with the exchanges and internal experts (Programmatic, Search, Social) concerning the technical / creative elements. The management of third-party tools (Brand safety, visibility, audience measurement, …) in the programming of campaigns. The implementation and use of the dashboarding tool in the context of the reporting of campaigns of the accounts and the elaboration of customized dashboards. The realization of balances in progress and at the end of the campaign (as defined in the client segmentation), integrating the different sources of data, performance analyses and a specific follow-up of the issues of visibility and brand safety. The follow-up of the dissemination of campaigns in compliance with the media plan. The implementation of systematic alerts in case of non-compliance of the dissemination, of crossing a minimum threshold of the visibility rate and in case of problems of brand safety. The implementation and follow-up of optimizations in progress of campaign, in collaboration with the display team and the different stakeholders (creative agency, exchanges…) The realization of the final balance, integrating the real budgets spent and the analyses of the campaign on the whole of the KPIs defined and in coherence with the media and business objectives of advertisers. The participation in team meetings (sharing meeting, Adops meeting) and different Worklists of the managed advertisers. The participation in internal plenaries on technological solutions.
Requirements 2 years of minimum experience in the management of display programmatic/paid social campaigns in media agency, trading desk, advertising agency, advertiser… You have a strong interest in the programmatic and an understanding of the online media ecosystem and the role of the different actors. Mastery of media trading tools (DV360, FBM, Google Ads) and performance measurement (GA360). Mastery of advanced functionalities of Excel and Powerpoint. Flexibility and ability to intervene both on Tracking, Account Management and Trading. Ensure the Reporting, analyze the metrics and take proactive measures to improve results. Excellent listening, very good relationship skills, great curiosity, ease of speaking and great ability to adapt. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
