Director, Deal Maker – US Strategic Sales
Join Kyndryl as a Director, Deal Maker – US Strategic Sales and lead complex, multi‑tower, multi‑million dollar deals from qualification through to closure. You will craft and deliver compelling proposals, determine pricing and commercial strategy, and negotiate with CxO‑level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales activities for core and strategic accounts.
- Develop and present customized pricing and commercial propositions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical solutions and bid documents.
- Compose, review, and own final proposal documents.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable outcomes for both Kyndryl and clients.
- Maintain reporting and governance processes to track deal performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience leading customer negotiations.
- In‑depth industry‑specific solution expertise and sales techniques.
- Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Sales experience in technical solutions.
Compensation
- U.S. base salary $161,520 – $290,760, varying by location.
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $193,920 – $348,840.
- California (All Other): $177,720 – $319,800.
- Colorado: $161,520 – $290,760.
- Massachusetts: $161,520 – $319,800.
- New York City: $193,920 – $348,840.
- Washington: $177,720 – $319,800.
- Washington DC: $177,720 – $319,800.
- Includes discretionary annual bonus, commission eligibility if applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave).
