About the Role
Twin Archives is a luxury clothing brand seeking a driven, creative, and highly organized Brand Operations Manager. This is a free internship with long-term paid role potential — your role and benefits grow alongside the brand.
What We’re Looking For
Confident and experienced in managing fashion social media operations end-to-end
Skilled in building personal brands (founder pages) alongside a product brand
A sharp eye for trends and fashion with a clean, editorial, luxury aesthetic
PR experience — you know how to position, pitch, and place a brand. Press positioning PR outreach experience required.
Analytics-driven with a focus on growth, reach, views, and measurable results; trend analysis.
Highly creative, organized, and proactive — coming up with new ideas and solutions
English fluency required Russian is a plus
Clothing Brand (Twin Archives)
Maintain a consistent, cohesive posting schedule with curated stories
Source, vet, and manage micro-influencer and affiliate marketing collaborations
Help organize and coordinate campaign shoots with models
Create compelling copy and visual planning that upholds the brand’s luxury aesthetic
Founder Personal Brands (2)
Develop authentic storylines for each founder and connect them to the Twin Archives brand narrative
Identify and secure brand deals, collaborations, events, and trips (primarily USA-based)
Manage posting consistency, curate stories, and brand voice for both accounts that tie and
sell the brand.
Across All Accounts
Content editing, planning, scheduling, and posting
Copywriting and caption creation
Full ownership of the company’s content calendar
Proactively bringing ideas, projects, and connections to the table
