Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director, located in Coral Gables, FL. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving business development, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, and managing a high-performing team.
Daily tasks will include developing strategies to meet sales targets, fostering relationships with potential and existing clients, analyzing market trends, and mentoring team members to achieve their goals.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
- Business Development capabilities, including identifying opportunities and formulating growth strategies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Coral Gables, FL and adapt to local market dynamics
- Bachelor"s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the education, franchising, or service industry is a plus
