We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious Sales professional for the Atlanta market.

Our Account Managers serve as local commercial leaders for an assigned geographic territory. In the role of Account Manager, your primary focus is business development and expanding the Milestone Brand, while maintaining regular and consistent business relationships with all current customers within this territory.

Essential Functions:

Generate new business through proactive outreach, including regular cold calling to prospective customers.
Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with customers across assigned territories.
Partner closely with the branch network to ensure customer requests, rentals, and service needs are handled promptly and accurately.
Support resolution of credit and collections issues by coordinating with internal teams and communicating with customers as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely data in the CRM system to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account planning.
Monitor customer activity, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to expand account revenue.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and account updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to better support customer needs.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience and smooth execution of account strategies.
Providing and reviewing reports to effectively manage a pipeline
Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum 3 years' experience in transportation
Proven and extensive experience with new business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional image.
Must be comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
Flexibility to quickly adapt to the changing workflow and needs of the business.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:

High School Diploma or general educations degree (GED)
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Finance, Management, etc.) preferred or equivalent work experience in the transportation industry.
