Production Supervisor – Chemical Manufacturing

Direct Hire | Up to $85K BOE | M–F, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Our client is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing and packaging environment. This role is ideal for a safety-focused leader who thrives on improving processes, motivating teams, and keeping production running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily production activities and keep operations on track

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance

Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce downtime

Oversee quality checks and partner with QA/Lab teams

Coach, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ employees

Communicate priorities and updates across shifts and departments

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing or similar industry

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Proven leadership and team development experience

Ability to manage production metrics, quality standards, and safety protocols

Bachelor’s degree (technical/engineering/management) preferred

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently

Stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable around manufacturing equipment, heights, and production noise
