Product Design Director

A company is looking for a Product Design Director.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the vision and strategy for the Product Design team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Build and integrate an AI-native design practice to enhance product development processes
Mentor and guide a team of Product Designers while fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization

Required Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS is required
7+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Designer role or similar design position
5+ years of leadership experience, preferably as a Design Director or Manager
Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech company with a complex, multi-modular product stack
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
