Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in San Antonio, TX. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, driving sales initiatives, supporting customer acquisition, maintaining client relationships, and providing training to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs. This role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships

Proven ability in sales and sales management to meet and exceed revenue targets

Experience in training and mentoring teams to enhance performance and achieve goals

Strategic thinking and analytical skills to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and CRM software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment

Prior experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
