Internal Communications Associate

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Associate to enhance employee engagement and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of strategic communications aligned with business goals and product education
Serve as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on internal communication strategies and initiatives
Develop and share content across multiple internal channels to ensure consistent messaging

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
5-7+ years of internal communications experience, particularly in Technology or Product-led organizations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives for diverse audiences
Experience executing internal communications strategies in Agile or high-growth tech environments
Strong project management skills and familiarity with tech-stack tools, including Google Suite
