Associate, Cross-Channel Planning (BCL – L’Oréal Luxe)

The Role - Associate, Cross-Channel Planning
As an entry level role, the Associate is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and stewardship of full-funnel media plans. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and culturally curious, with an interest in beauty, fashion, and media. Associates will gain exposure to premium media environments, campaign strategy, and financial operations, while participating in OMG’s cross-functional Associate training program.
Responsibilities
Support the development of media plans through research, audience analysis, and competitive insights
Own and maintain planning documents, trackers, and flowcharts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Assist in campaign execution across video, social, digital, outdoor, and emerging channels
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and develop initial insights
Support budget tracking, pacing, and monthly financial reporting to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, actualized, and billed
Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and meeting recapsCommunicate proactively with team members to flag questions, risks, or discrepancies
Participate in internal, client, and partner meetings, building confidence and presentation skills
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, investment, analytics, and operations teams
Demonstrate curiosity and actively build knowledge of the media, beauty, and cultural landscape
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
0–1 year of relevant experience (internships included)
Strong interest in media, advertising, beauty, and culture
Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel and data-driven environments
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Eagerness to learn media tools, platforms, and financial processes
Compensation
Pay range: $34,000—$60,000 USD.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. The remaining two days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing based on business needs.
