Remote Program Chair in Marketing

A company is looking for a Program Chair, Department of Resource Operations Professions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses while fostering a supportive learning environment
Lead curriculum development and mentor associate faculty to enhance instructional quality
Participate in departmental governance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

PhD in Marketing or Doctorate in Business Administration with Marketing Concentration
Three years of online teaching experience, including curriculum development and assessment
Three to five years of relevant professional work experience
Three to five years of undergraduate teaching experience in Marketing
Ability to teach various Marketing courses such as Marketing strategy and Digital Marketing
