Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-savvy Video Editor / Content Producer to support and scale our video content production efforts. This individual will take structured data presentations and transform them into polished, engaging video content for platforms like LinkedIn.

This role is focused on execution and output - not building processes from scratch - but requires strong tool proficiency, efficiency, and a creative eye to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Content Creation
Convert internal presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) into engaging video content
Produce medium-form video content optimized primarily for LinkedIn
Create visually compelling outputs using a mix of design and editing tools
AI & Tool Utilization
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, and similar) to accelerate content production
Use Canva and other video editing platforms to produce scalable content
Continuously explore and adopt new tools to improve efficiency and output quality
Execution & Output Scaling
Increase video production output significantly while maintaining quality standards
Work within an existing workflow to "turn the crank" on content production
Deliver content quickly and consistently
Creative Quality Control
Apply a strong creative eye to ensure content is visually engaging and on-brand
Make judgment calls on design, layout, and overall presentation quality
Ensure final outputs meet internal expectations for both aesthetics and clarity
Collaboration
Work closely with the internal marketing team
Take direction while also contributing ideas to improve content quality
Support existing team members by reducing workload and increasing capacity
Required Qualifications
Experience
2+ years in video editing, content production, or a similar role
Experience working with structured content (presentations, reports, or data-driven materials)
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:

Canva
Video editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
PowerPoint or Google Slides

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
HubSpot experience is a plus
Core Competencies
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality at scale
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing output quality
Creative judgment and visual storytelling ability
Ability to follow an established workflow while improving efficiency
Nice to Have
Experience producing content for B2B or data-driven organizations
Understanding of LinkedIn content strategies
Exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms
