Role Summary

About the Role

Damco Digital is looking for a content creator who loves going out/knows the nightlife space in New York well. This role is focused on a consumer nightlife app launching in NYC and Dallas this summer. You'll be creating short-form content for TikTok and Instagram - filming at bars, building nightlife recommendation content, and helping launch a brand from scratch.

If your friends already come to you asking "where are we going tonight? " - this role was made for you.

This role is ideal for a

micro-influencer or UGC creator

who is already active on social platforms and is comfortable being on camera, ideating, producing, and publishing short-form, engaging content.

In addition to supporting traditional B2B marketing initiatives, this role will significantly contribute to

creative, on-camera, personality-driven content

designed to humanize the brand, increase reach, and resonate with modern digital audiences. Candidates should enjoy experimenting with

silly, bold, fast-paced, "brain-rot" style content , trends, and formats while aligning with Damco Digital's brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & UGC Development
Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (UGC-style) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or other relevant channels.
Act as an

on-camera brand voice , confidently presenting ideas, opinions, and narratives tied to digital transformation, tech culture, workplace humor, and industry trends.
Develop creative, trend-driven, and "brain-rot" style content with silly, experimental, and attention-grabbing ideas, while maintaining brand alignment.
Repurpose long-form and static B2B content into engaging, creator-led short videos and social posts.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including website, email, social, and paid platforms.
Support brand-awareness and lead-generation initiatives for Damco Digital's service offerings.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables in collaboration with the marketing team.
Market Research & Insights

Research digital trends, creator-economy best practices, competitor positioning, and emerging content formats.
Share insights that help evolve Damco Digital's content and social strategy.
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics such as views, engagement, watch time, and click-through rates.
Assist in preparing performance summaries and insights for internal reporting.
Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

or

equivalent hands-on creator experience.
Must be

comfortable and confident on camera

and enjoy creating personality-driven content.
Must already be a

micro-influencer

with an active social media presence.
Proven experience creating

UGC (User-Generated Content)

or creator-style videos.
Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop fun, unconventional, fast-paced, and experimental content ideas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form video trends.
Strong organizational, time-management, and self-direction skills for a part-time setup.
