Responsibilities
Acting as the designated communications support for Sr. leadership and account team.
Supporting content development, this role will develop templates, set deadlines, coordinate content, and provide content management and delivery. Examples of client and internal communications include but are not limited to: newsletters, organizational updates, account announcements, policy updates, training reminders, or reporting such as: quarterly business reviews, governance decks, incident reporting materials, and more.
Own the development and maintenance of organizational charts, contact lists, and employee databases, client and account-facing communications portals such as the internal and external SharePoint sites
Lead planning and execution of multi-faceted events including training sessions, team building activities, safety celebrations, client forums, and quarterly service line connect events, while developing innovative event concepts that strategically integrate training, engagement, and client objectives while managing all logistics including venue coordination, A/V setup, Teams integration, food planning, deck creation, and day-of support
Ad-Hoc support of the account's service line leadership on client deliverables or team events, as needed.
This role will also support account management initiatives, such as onboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
2-3 years in communications or comparable business experience
Interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Graphic design skills a plus
Experience with communications software a plus
Compensation & Location
Estimated compensation for this position:
88,200.00 - 128,000.00 USD per year
