In Short, the Capital Markets (Treasury Analyst) will support Bridgecrest’s capital raising initiatives by assisting with due diligence, rating agency and investor presentations, custodian management, investor reporting, process improvements and audits.

In long, our Capital Markets Analyst is responsible for

  • Support the execution of funding activities and warehouse renewals

  • Update charts and slides for investor and Board of Directors presentations

  • Interact with collateral custodian to reconcile reports

  • Prepare timely and accurate servicer and asset level reporting

  • Streamline recurring processes

  • Prepare reconciliations and assist with the analysis of cash flows across transactions

  • Manage investor relations frequently asked questions

  • Liaise with external auditors to provide data requests on quarterly and annual audits

  • Prepare support materials to answer data requests from rating agencies or warehouse lenders

  • Reconcile custodial reports to warehouse data tapes to maximize the company’s liquidity position

  • Prepare and update presentation materials for capital market transactions and board meetings, as needed

  • Compile responses to frequently asked questions and organize meeting schedule for investor conferences

  • Support deal execution by updating prospectus and presentation inputs

  • Liaise with external auditors to provide data requests on quarterly and annual audits

  • Other related duties as assigned
