Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with marketing program leads, marketing operations, event management, and business leaders to ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-driven, and optimized for pipeline impact.
Support priority campaigns with execution across marketing channels (social, event, advertising) and lead “point in time” integrated marketing strategies—crafting compelling, insight-led campaign activities to business priorities and market demand signals.
Develop and execute multichannel lead generation plans using digital advertising, paid and organic social, thought leadership, partner co‑marketing, and event activation.
Manage campaign planning, content development, creative production, performance tracking, and continuous optimization—embracing AI‑driven marketing to deliver faster velocity and improved results.
Partner with ecosystem and platform partners to shape co‑branded campaigns and amplification opportunities.
Measure and report campaign performance using KPIs tied to awareness, engagement, content consumption, and pipeline contribution.
What You Need
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B/B2G organizations (or similar in military or civilian).
Understanding of federal technology markets, emerging technologies, and the partner ecosystem landscape.
Demonstrated event program experience.
Bachelor’s degree.

Federal marketing experience across a range of activities and channels such as event activations, social, and digital experience.
Campaign or project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly.
Strong stakeholder management skills along with the ability to operate and build relationships within a large, matrixed organization.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar marketing campaign platform.
Metro DC area‑based with ability to participate in local event activations.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and Cleveland is $87,700—$180,600 USD.
