Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of an In-Home TV Technician. We are a family owned company who has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:
Disassemble and evaluate electronics to be cleaned/serviced/repaired
Complete work order reports based on work performed
Attend In-house training on fitness equipment, massage chair, and microwave repair
Job Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
A working knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of, TVs/consumer electronics is necessary
Medium carrying/lifting/squatting and bending
Ability to lift/carry/squat up to 60 pounds
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
An excellent attendance record
Working knowledge of analog/digital electronics, schematics and blueprints
2+ years experience in Television/Electronics Repair
