The Role
We’re looking for someone who

deeply understands high-end cycling components

and can confidently communicate that knowledge to customers across multiple channels — especially

phone calls .
This is not a basic support role.
You will be responsible for:
Handling

live customer conversations
Providing

accurate technical guidance
Keeping communication

organized and efficient at scale
You are the bridge between the customer and the product.
What You’ll Do
Handle

inbound customer calls

with confidence and professionalism
Provide

technical guidance

on:
Drivetrain compatibility
Electronic vs mechanical groupsets
Product fitment and use cases
Manage and respond to customer inquiries across:
eBay
Shopify
Email
Keep all communication channels

organized and up to date
Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality responses at all times
Identify and resolve customer issues proactively
Work with operations and inventory teams to solve:
Order issues
Compatibility concerns
Fulfillment problems
Improve workflows to increase:
Conversion rates
Customer satisfaction
Review quality
Who This Is For
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
Have

2+ years in a high-end bike shop or cycling industry
Can confidently speak on:
Shimano / SRAM / Campagnolo
Di2 / AXS / EPS systems
Compatibility across drivetrains and components
Are comfortable

talking on the phone with customers all day
Are extremely

organized and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently
Take ownership and solve problems without needing constant direction
Who This Is NOT For
Entry-level candidates without real bike knowledge
People uncomfortable handling phone calls
Disorganized communicators
Anyone without hands-on cycling industry experience
Compensation & Schedule
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM
