Web Content Specialist

I'm working with a major American Airline, looking to hire a Digital Publisher!

Location: Chicago, IL

Contract Duration: 6 month contract to start

About this role:

Create, edit, and publish content in our CMS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to content models

Manage components (e.g., banners, CTAs, carousels) to build dynamic page experiences

Update content to support campaigns and business needs while ensuring consistency

Perform QA checks to validate layout, formatting, and functionality

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field

1-2 years of experience in digital publishing or content management

Hands‑on experience with SDL Tridion, Contentstack, or other publishing tools

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
