Job Title: Director, Marketing & Special Projects - Americas

Reports to: Chief Communications & Image Officer - Americas

Job Purpose

In close partnership with the Chief Communications & Image Officer, the Director, Marketing is responsible for the local implementation of the marketing strategy. In this role, the Director Marketing will focus on driving cultural relevance and elevating brand perception as well as in-store and client experiences through innovative storytelling, strategic partnerships, cohesive marketing initiatives, and special projects that support key business priorities and brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution - developing comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand image and increase retail sales annually.
  • Narrative & Seasonal Storytelling - own and implement narrative of key moments, product launches, and seasonal moments translating creative direction into marketing stories - define hero products, key messages and storytelling that drive desirability.
  • Marketing Calendar - build and lead the master calendar aligning all functions.
  • Partnerships & Cultural Programming - identify & develop brand partnerships, cultural moments, and institutional collaborations that elevate perception & relevance. Create and cultivate creative communities with a focus on institutions and individuals to create moments with.
  • Retail & Client Experience Integration - partner with retail & client teams to translate marketing concepts into elevated in-store and client facing experiences - development of brand events & cultural programming for the HOD and priority markets.
  • Special Projects - support and lead special projects across the region, partnering cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, key business priorities, and high impact brand moments.
  • Direction and assist in the hiring and development of the marketing team.
  • Closely work with global communication and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message is delivered.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years prior marketing experience with a luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record in successful brand storytelling, event execution, partnership development, and management of special projects.
  • Ability for frequent travel.

Benefits

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $150,000 - $165,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
