SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CAPTURER (Part‑Time)
Position Overview
We're looking for someone with a good eye and a steady hand to show up at our events, capture authentic moments on camera, and help us share the Domenico experience with our social media audience. This isn't a full production role—just real, engaging content that shows people what it's like to celebrate with us.

What You'll Do

Attend 2-5 events per month (evenings and weekends)

Capture 2-3 hours of live content per event using a provided phone or other device

Record video clips, photos, and candid moments during events (weddings, corporate gatherings, comedy nights, live music, wine tastings, etc.)

Get quick shots of food, drinks, venue setups, guest reactions, and key moments

Occasionally capture short interviews or testimonials from attendees (if guest is comfortable)

Upload raw content to our shared drive after each event or directly on social media if appropriate.

Update the team immediately after uploading the content real time.

Who You Are

Comfortable with a camera for Social Media eye – You know how to frame a shot, keep it steady, and capture good lighting

Socially aware – You can read a room and know when to capture vs. when to step back

Reliable – You show up on time and follow through

Flexible – Events happen evenings/weekends; schedules vary

Low‑key professional – You blend in, don't disrupt the event, and respect guests' space

Quick learner – We'll show you what we're looking for; you pick it up fast

Bonus Points

Experience with Instagram/TikTok content (even just as a user)

Comfortable being around weddings, corporate events, or social gatherings

Familiar with basic iPhone/Android camera features

You actually enjoy wine, food, and celebration vibes

Requirements
Must‑Haves:

Reliable transportation to San Carlos location

Availability for evening/weekend events (usually 6pm-10pm)

21+ years old (you'll be working around alcohol service)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice‑to‑Haves:

Basic knowledge of social media trends

Experience capturing event content (even informally)

Comfortable approaching people for quick shots/quotes

Schedule & Commitment

2-5 events per month (we'll give you 1-2 weeks notice)

2-3 hours per event (typically evening/weekend)

Max 15 hours per month

Flexible schedule – you'll receive event invites and can accept based on your availability

No set weekly hours – some weeks have multiple events, some have none

Compensation & Growth

$15-18/hour (based on experience)

Event perks – complimentary meal/drinks during shifts (you're 21+)

Equipment – We provide additional cameras/equipment if needed (or you can use your phone)
