Job Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through strategic business development plans
Manage marketing, distribution, and sales of educational materials across retail, schools, institutions, and e-commerce
Plan and execute campaigns, events, and roadshows
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Present solutions, manage client relationships, and close sales deals
Handle order planning, forecasting, and coordination with internal teams
Conduct market research, sales analysis, and reporting
Support marketing efforts including campaigns, content, and branding initiatives
Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales / business development
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Experience in education, publishing, or learning-related industries is a plus (e.g. enrichment, edtech, music schools, learning apps)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
