As a Senior Media Planner (Mensch) in our Data Consultancy Team, you are a driving force for innovation and strategic excellence for our major client Procter & Gamble. Your role focuses on leading new projects, questioning the status quo, and providing expert knowledge that goes beyond traditional campaign planning. You shape the future of the media strategy and empower the in-house team of our client with your expertise.
Strategic Customer Leadership: You take over the independent guidance and consultation of the customer and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders, from experts to activation managers.
Digital Media Planning: You bring your deep expertise in digital media planning, with a strong focus on social (Meta, TikTok), programmatic, and retail media, to actively develop future-oriented strategies for a market-leading customer.
Project Leadership & Innovation: As the responsible lead for strategic initiatives within the joint action plan, you manage the communication, progress, and success of important projects such as the optimization of planning tools or the development of media upskilling workshops.
Media Consultancy: You act as an extension of the P&G in-house planners and empower them with your expertise on topics such as AI usage, streaming behavior, and competitive analyses.
Data Management & Analysis: It is your responsibility to update the Media Consumption Deck (MCD), where you safely interpret large datasets in tools like PowerBI to support the annual strategy of the customer.
Process Optimization & Tool Maintenance: You dive deep into the engine room of technical media planning, proactively question the status quo, and drive the maintenance and development of central planning tools.

Funded Media Planning Experience: You bring several years of experience in media planning and are proficient in using common tools such as Nielsen, B4P/MDS, or Medimach in practice.
Digital Expertise: Your passion and deep expertise lie in the digital media landscape, particularly in the areas of social media (Meta, TikTok), programmatic, and retail media; at the same time, you have a solid understanding of the effects of offline media.
Analytical Strength: With your strong affinity for numbers and your openness to technical tools like PowerBI, you can safely interpret large datasets and prepare them for strategic decisions.
Innovative & Proactive Mindset: You think beyond the box, question existing processes, and drive the development of projects and strategies with initiative and creative solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English and are skilled at leading complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders as a central contact person.
