Part-Time Stylist

to join its Southampton boutique for the peak summer season. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about luxury retail who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an elevated in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
Deliver a high level of personalized service in a luxury retail setting
Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business
Support outreach and follow-up efforts to drive sales
Maintain strong knowledge of collections and product assortment
Assist with visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards
Operate POS and support day-to-day store operations
Adhere to loss prevention policies and company procedures
Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
Assist with opening and closing the store as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or a client-facing sales role
Strong personal style with a keen eye for fashion and trends
Passion for delivering a high-end, service-driven experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates in Southampton
