Role Summary

Overview:

The Styling Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of seasonal home styling concepts across e-commerce and creative marketing assets. This role partners closely with Styling, Art Direction, Buying, Merchandising, and Production to ensure that creative concepts are thoughtfully developed, product priorities are clearly defined, and campaigns are executed on time and in alignment with business goals.

This role requires a strong visual sensibility paired with exceptional organizational, technology and project-management skills. The Creative Styling Operations Manager must have an in-depth understanding of the Anthropologie Home brand, current and emerging home trends, and the operational realities of producing large-scale creative campaigns.

Reports to: Senior Director of Styling, Home

Role Responsibilities

Research trends, references, and inspiration to support seasonal styling concepts and creative direction
Develop styling concepts and narratives in partnership with Styling and Art Direction teams
Create digital mockups and product pairings using design tools and AI-rendering platforms
Assist with physical style-outs to test furniture, décor, and textile pairings for scale, color, and material compatibility
Research and propose shoot locations, environments, and sets best suited for specific product stories and categories
Collaborate closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to align creative concepts with product priorities and launch strategies
Monitor product samples, estimated arrival times (ETAs), and availability to guarantee they are ready for shoots and align with campaign schedules.
Monitor product availability dates and confirm that creative assets align with go-live schedules
Identify potential gaps in coverage and propose alternative solutions when priority products are unavailable or missed
Document concepts, approvals, and changes throughout the lifecycle of each project
Attend photoshoots as creative and logistical support, assisting with product pairings, prop suggestions, and real-time problem solving
Ensure all priority products and creative objectives are captured during shoots
Remain adaptable and receptive to feedback from multiple stakeholders, revising concepts and mockups as needed
Role Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Strong understanding of the Anthropologie Home brand, customer, and relevant interior and home décor trends
Experience supporting creative development and execution for product-driven campaigns
Ability to balance creative thinking with logistical and operational planning
Comfort working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
Familiarity with digital design tools and AI-based rendering platforms a plus
Skills:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong visual eye with the ability to evaluate styling, scale, and composition
Excellent planning, documentation, and project-tracking skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communication skills across creative and cross-functional teams
Ability to positively and constructively give and receive creative and technical feedback
Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach
Ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans and deliverables
Experience:

4-7+ years of experience in creative project management, styling coordination, merchandising, or a related role
Experience within home, interiors, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts, Interior Design, Marketing or related field
