Multimedia Content Strategist
to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Content Planning: Develop and manage an editorial calendar focused on high-impact digital storytelling, with an emphasis on video content and blog posts. Align content with organizational priorities, seasonal campaigns, and trending topics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clinical experts to identify compelling stories and translate them into strategic content. Proactively identify content opportunities and trends.
Video & Multimedia Content Creation: Lead the planning, filming, and editing of engaging video content—with a focus on patient stories, educational content, and brand storytelling—for use across web and social platforms. Apply strong visual storytelling skills to produce content that supports brand awareness, engagement, referrals and conversions, and mission-driven messaging.
Web & Blog Content Development: Research, write, and publish SEO-informed blog posts and website content that educate, inspire, and support key service lines. Translate clinical topics into accessible, audience-friendly narratives that support awareness and engagement goals.
Social Media Management: Lead social media content calendar by crafting and publishing posts. Adapt and extend content for optimal distribution by developing accompanying captions, headlines, and supporting copy. Monitor performance and engagement to inform future content.
E-Newsletter Development: Contribute to monthly e-newsletters by sourcing, writing, and editing content derived from video and blog storytelling. Ensure timely and strategic distribution.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, including clinical teams and leadership, to develop meaningful, audience-focused content that meets strategic communications goals.
Event & Content Capture Support: Assist with preparations for and capturing content at special events such as patient reunions, fundraisers, open houses, and media opportunities to support ongoing storytelling efforts.
Reputation Management: Monitor online channels for reviews and engagement opportunities, responding as appropriate.
Marketing Operations Support: Maintain accurate inventory of marketing department print and promotional items, fulfill requests from internal stakeholders, and recommend reordering or placing new orders as appropriate.
Qualifications And Skills
1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications; healthcare marketing and/or healthcare communications experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external audiences
Experience in videography and video editing, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative team player with a flexible, adaptable mindset
Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading, organizational, and follow-up skills
Education/ Certifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred
