Are you a creative thinker who thrives on turning ideas into visually compelling designs? We're looking for a

Creative Services Designer

to develop impactful marketing materials and bring Hoffmaster's brand to life across multiple channels.

In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of creative assets from packaging and catalogs to digital content and trade show materials. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the visual language of campaigns, ensuring consistency, creativity, and high-quality execution across every touchpoint.

How You Will Make an Impact:
• Create compelling visual designs, developing marketing materials including catalogs, flyers, packaging, logos, digital content, and trade show graphics.
• Shape brand identity and visual storytelling, defining the look, feel, layout, and creative direction across campaigns and product lines.
• Design packaging aligned to brand standards, delivering innovative and production-ready designs for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, partnering with senior designers and managers to refine concepts and execute high-impact creative work.
• Stay ahead of design trends and market insights, incorporating research and inspiration into fresh, relevant creative solutions.
• Support multimedia content creation, contributing to photography and video projects including shooting and post-production.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Maintain organized digital asset systems, ensuring files, images, and artwork are properly stored, updated, and accessible.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, leveraging knowledge of print processes including offset, letterpress, and flexographic printing.
• Utilize design and workflow tools effectively, working within platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and asset management systems.

The Essentials:

Bachelors Degree in art or graphics related field
3-5 years' experience with printing technology and management of art and graphics.
Ability to manage multiple project requests on a daily basis while meeting due dates on a consistent basis.
Expert knowledge in:

Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Acrobat

Optional but Impressive:

Experience with printing technology including offset, letterpress and flexo preferred.
Knowledge of Brandfolder and Smartsheet a plus.
Knowledge or interest in After Effects a plus.
