Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of brand-driven design across digital, print, and brand assets.
Own projects end-to-end, proactively moving work forward and communicating blockers when they arise.
Collaborate closely with the Motion Graphics Designer to create cohesive visual storytelling.
Contribute to web-related projects and provide a critical eye on UI and digital experiences.
Propose creative ideas and visual directions that strengthen the brand.
Conduct periodic audits of social media content to ensure visual consistency and quality.
Execute hands‑on design work while contributing strategic and creative thinking.
Main Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in design roles, ideally in an agency or in‑house team.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and print work.
Advanced English level (both spoken and written).
Highly proactive and self‑driven, with strong ownership of tasks.
Strong conceptual thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
Basic understanding of UI and ability to critically review web design.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g., Gemini, Claude, or similar).
Interest or experience in photography and video is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
