Marketing Director Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
Leadership experience preferred
Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics)
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement multi-year growth and marketing strategies
Oversee marketing budgets and manage external vendor relationships
Align marketing efforts closely with sales to optimize conversion and feedback loops
Maintain consistent brand messaging and oversee development of marketing collateral
Measure effectiveness through analytics and provide reporting to leadership
Oversee event initiatives, including trade shows and customer engagement programs
Marketing Director Benefits:
$120K-$130K base salary plus potential bonus
