Account Executive
who can drive measurable F&I performance improvement across dealerships through training, accountability, and strategic execution.

Financial Performance Ownership for Dealer Clients
Own PVR, PPD, and Product Mix
Align to dealer-specific goals and expectations
Identify and implement income development opportunities
Track trends weekly/monthly and adjust strategy proactively
Hold F&I leaders accountable to performance targets
Product & Process Proficiency
Ensure full product knowledge across all dealership staff
Train on coverage, positioning, and objection handling
Support deal structuring and menu execution when needed
Reinforce compliance (menus, disclosures, consistency)
Training & Development
Monthly recap/planning meetings
Monthly development sessions for each F&I manager
Quarterly team development sessions
Onboard and train all client new hires on F&I (F&I, Sales, Service)
Implement roleplay, scripting, and objection handling
Develop internal talent pipelines and help dealers build their bench for future sales, management, and F&I roles
In-Store Execution
Minimum 3 hours of value-driven development per visit
Conduct deal observations and provide real-time coaching
Audit menus and identify missed opportunities
Diagnose process gaps and implement corrective actions
Assist F&I teams with maintaining fast funding and clean paperwork through strong in-store process support
Leverage positive working relationships with bank and lending partners to help support fundable deals, clean contracts, and efficient rehashing of deals
Planning & Communication
Pre-plan all visits with clear objectives and structure
Schedule and notify all stakeholders in advance
Maintain weekly communication with key decision makers
Deliver clear action plans with accountability after each visit
Document all activity, progress, and opportunities
Problem Solving & Responsiveness
Respond to all communication within 24 business hours
Resolve claims/issues same-day when possible
Own issues end-to-end with full follow-through
Proactively identify and address risks before escalation
Growth & Prospecting
Consistent cold calling, follow-up, and networking
Maintain and manage active pipeline
Expand within dealer groups and existing rooftops
Present and close new product opportunities

Operate with urgency, accountability, and consistency
Be viewed as a partner—not a vendor
Represent AutoMethod brand at a high level
Commit to continuous self-development
Travel radius of 5 hours of Minneapolis/St. Paul
Overnight Travel – 2 nights a week average for first 12 months (1.5 nights a week after)
Be active and working at dealer clients by 9am daily M-F (commute accordingly)
