We’re working with a VC-backed AI company building a new category in how businesses engage, qualify, and convert customers.
They’re early, but not theoretical - product is live, enterprise customers are buying, and now they need someone to help turn early wins into repeatable enterprise revenue.
The Role
This is not a “step into pipeline” AE role.
There’s:
No SDR team
No inbound engine
That means you have to:
Identify the right buyers and shape the ICP
Create your own pipeline through outbound, network, and creative approaches
Running full-cycle deals with senior stakeholders
Navigating complex procurement without relying on brand, case studies, or references
Apply if you:
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end (prospecting → close)
Have experience in a founding or early-stage environment
Sell into CROs, CMOs, and RevOps leaders
Run high-quality discovery and multi-threaded enterprise deals
Build pipeline without SDR support or inbound demand
Close six-figure+ deals in complex buying environments
This role isn’t for everyone.
If you haven’t carried and hit a $1M+ quota, don’t have an existing network you can activate, or rely on SDRs and inbound to build pipeline, this likely won’t be the right fit.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to build from zero - and has personally closed six-figure enterprise deals.
