Web Developer

Build reusable components for web applications that support fully accessible experiences. Work side-by-side with designers to ideate on concepts and bring designs to life. Architect efficient and reusable components and abstractions. Contribute to a culture of learning by documenting and sharing technical knowledge as a developer on an agile team. Participate in developer communities of practice by following best practices, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge. Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development teams.
Qualifications: 5+ years of web preferring experience in enterprise organizations. College degree or successful completion of a respected developer bootcamp/ or accelerator. Deep expertise with web development using modern languages and frameworks (JavaScript, Angular/React, HTML/ CSS). Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins. Strong understanding of building functional and user-friendly UI designs and partnering with a design team. Strong sense of user interface design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, fit, finish and overall quality. Familiarity with design systems and the concept of design tokens. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and within the team to achieve desired outcomes and build strong relationships. Proactive and creative in managing issues and opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills. Interpersonal skills: Professionalism and accountability, passion for learning and creating a shared responsibility.
