Job Title
This is responsible technical and end user support work with responsibility for the support and maintenance of the City's information technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain all City IT equipment and systems, including PCs, printers, network devices, phones, and two-way radios.
Install, configure, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware, software, wiring, and cabling for voice, data, and radio networks.
Provide routine programming, moves/adds/changes, and troubleshooting for telephone and two-way radio systems.
Maintain accurate inventories, documentation, cabling plans, and repair/maintenance records for all IT assets.
Assist with setup, installation, relocation, and reassignment of new and existing IT equipment across City facilities.
Determine when external repair or vendor services are required and verify proper operation upon return; may provide first-level, after-hours support for 24/7 departments.
Support staff by assisting with basic technology training and performing other assigned duties as needed.
