Overview

We are a full-service marketing agency with modern creative, media, data, and technology services all under one roof. We are looking for an outstanding Associate Director, National Video who can navigate the evolving TV and streaming landscape, win client hearts, inspire teammates, and juggle multiple business pieces.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Provide investment leadership across paid video channels, including Linear TV, Addressable TV, and streaming video.
  • Manage video investment teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach and create synergies with media strategy to exceed campaign KPIs.
  • Develop strategic cross‑platform video approaches and implement innovative strategies across linear, streaming, and addressable TV to grow clients’ business.
  • Oversee development of cross‑channel video strategies and analysis in collaboration with Media Strategy, Media Precision, Account Management, and Measurement teams.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams for the broader video investment portfolio.
  • Be fluent in all video channels, with deep expertise in linear TV activation.
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with media partners, navigate negotiations, and guide product roadmaps.
  • Leverage data, insights, and historical performance to validate strategies and optimize investments.
  • Oversee video specialists, manage workflow, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Provide feedback and development to direct reports.
  • Contribute to new business pitches with strategic video expertise.
  • Stay current on advanced video offerings across streaming and addressable TV.
  • Promote a culture of shared learning and elevate video expertise within the agency.
  • Act as a point of escalation for clients and team members as needed.

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • 6–9 years of media planning and buying experience, focused on cross‑channel video.
  • Deep expertise in digital streaming video.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent.
  • Analytical background – comfort with data and numbers.
  • Strong industry relationships with video partners.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to package, merchandise, and sell concepts and new opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and big‑picture vision.
  • Self‑starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus.

Compensation range: $97,000 – $155,000, subject to qualification and position.
