Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. This role will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that supports brand storytelling, business development, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate is both a strong visual storyteller and a hands-on producer. Someone comfortable shooting on-site, editing independently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, project showcases, social media, and internal communications
Collaborate with marketing, business development, and leadership to develop video concepts aligned with brand strategy
Capture footage on job sites, in-office, and at events (including interviews, b-roll, and environmental shots)
Edit and deliver polished video content optimized for various platforms (website, presentations, social, email)
Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio, and equipment setup
Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, and project files
Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand standards across all video content
Stay current with video trends, techniques, and tools to continuously elevate content quality
Qualifications & Skills

2-5+ years of professional videography and editing experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, shooting, and editing capabilities
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) with the ability to support occasional design-related tasks
Experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio capture
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and visual composition
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional Skills

Experience working in construction, industrial, or B2B environments (OSHA certification a plus)
Motion graphics and animation skills
Photography experience
Familiarity with drone operation
