We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding global logistics provider, with a focus on cross-border e-commerce and last-mile innovation. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for developing strategy, generating new business, and maintaining key relationships across your designated European market. The company operates with a core full-time over 900 workforces, while relying heavily on a large network of 30,000+ external/contract delivery drivers for its extensive delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and boost brand visibility in the European market
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal and ensuring payment
Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, etc.) to tailor logistics solutions that meet customer needs
Build lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and a customer-first approach
Track performance data, adjust strategies based on insights, and ensure KPIs are consistently met
Share key market intelligence and trends to help shape strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition
Work closely with major clients to drive innovation, set performance benchmarks, and strengthen the company’s market position
Bring energy, initiative, and collaboration to everything you do, contributing to a strong team culture
Requirement:
5+ years of sales experience in international express logistics, freight forwarding, or B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics
Experience with air freight, warehousing, distribution, and parcel line-haul services
Highly self-driven, resilient under pressure, and confident managing your own sales pipeline
Great communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
A strategic mindset with an understanding of marketing and brand positioning
Fluency in Chinese is required
