We're hiring a Head Of Marketing to own Dion's brand and growth engine, from city launches and cultural moments to influencer strategy, campaigns, and storytelling. If shaping a category-defining consumer brand excites you, let's talk.

Your responsibilities will be to:
Lead Dion's marketing strategy across cities: brand, social, influencer, partnerships, and growth.
Launch high-impact campaigns that create cultural moments and make Dion impossible to ignore.
Own Dion's influencer + creator programs at scale, from micro activations to headline partnerships.
Build UGC and social media playbooks across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Craft and oversee city launch strategies, ensuring every Dion launch hits with impact.
Partner with product to ensure brand and growth loops are built into the app experience.
Track performance, ROI, and cultural trends to double down on what works and pivot fast.
Lead and grow a small but mighty marketing team, agency partners, and freelancers.
What We're Looking For:
3–8 years of marketing or social media leadership in consumer tech, marketplaces, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of building brands people talk about and love.
Experience across growth and brand marketing — you can balance creative instincts with data-driven performance.
Deep fluency in social media culture (TikTok, Instagram, emerging platforms).
Experience working with influencers, creators, and cultural partners to drive growth.
A knack for storytelling and positioning — you can make even niche product moments feel cool.
You've taken something from 0 → 1 → 100 (city launches, apps, communities).
Strong leadership skills and ability to scale a marketing function
