The Opportunity

We're hiring a Business Development & Marketing Intern to help drive a focused 4–6 week growth sprint. This is a results-driven role — you'll own outreach to financial services decision-makers, build our prospect pipeline, and help create content that positions NovaRize as the go-to AI partner for buy-side firms.

This isn't a "file papers and shadow meetings" internship. You'll have real tools, real targets, and direct access to the founder. If you're the kind of person who gets a rush from booking a meeting with a CTO, this role is for you.


What You'll Do

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage C-suite and senior technology decision-makers at small-to-midsize financial services firms (primarily tri-state area, open to national)
  • Build and manage a qualified prospect pipeline in HubSpot CRM — from initial outreach through meeting booked
  • Draft and send personalized LinkedIn messages and email outreach sequences on behalf of NovaRize
  • Create and schedule short-form LinkedIn content (posts, articles, insights) for the NovaRize company page
  • Track outreach metrics and report on pipeline activity weekly


What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (strong community college candidates welcome)
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach — you're not afraid to message a stranger on LinkedIn with a smart, personalized note
  • Familiar with (or eager to quickly learn) HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and content creation tools
  • Strong written communication — you can write a compelling 3-sentence message, not just fill out templates
  • Interest in financial services and/or AI is a plus, but hustle and communication skills matter more
  • Organized, self-directed, and motivated by results over hours logged

Compensation Structure

  • Base: $20/hr, 10–20 hrs/week (flexible scheduling, potential for more hours)
  • Performance bonus: $100 per qualified meeting booked with a verified decision-maker
  • Top performers who book 10+ meetings could earn $1,000+ in bonuses on top of base pay
