Salary up to $75K Per Year **based on experience**

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing:
Establish and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and local physicians.
Represent the facility at community events, senior centers, and civic organizations to increase visibility.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet admissions and census goals.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positive representation across all channels.
Identify trends, assess competitors, and use data to inform strategy.
Qualifications of the Director of Marketing Must have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Must have marketing experience in long-term care
Must have connections to local hospitals in the area
Experience/ability to establish new connections
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able/willing to travel
