A company is looking for a Virtual Reality (VR) Peer Support Coach to provide empathetic support to members using VR programs for chronic pain and mental wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and regular check-in sessions with members via video or phone
Assist members in navigating the VR platform and overcoming technical and emotional barriers
Document interactions, collaborate with the team, and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
Lived experience with chronic pain and/or mental health challenges
Experience in peer support or coaching preferred
Comfort with technology and various software applications
Must have a laptop or Chromebook with at least 16 GB
Willingness to complete HIPAA certification before starting
