Sales Manager

Do you love meeting new people, taking on challenges, and seeing your hard work pay off? We’re looking for a driven and motivating Sales Manager to help lead our team to success. In this role, you’ll set sales strategies and targets, develop and support your sales staff, track performance, and ensure we consistently meet our goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, innovative, hardworking, and a true team player. Responsibilities: • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs Qualifications: • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour
