Role
BAM Marketing is seeking a Media Coordinator to support our growing media team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns are tracked, reported, and executed accurately while supporting both internal teams and external media partners.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data, coordination, and communication. The role offers the opportunity to grow within the media team and gain exposure to media buying and strategy over time. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, organization, and consistent follow‑through.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management
Request campaign performance data and reporting from media vendors
Organize, analyze, and maintain campaign data across multiple clients
Identify trends, changes, and key insights within campaign performance
Assist in building client‑facing reports, presentations, and summaries
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting materials
Compile and format reports into organized spreadsheets and presentations
Support internal teams in preparing client deliverables
Translate data into clear, digestible insights for internal and external use
Added Value & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate added value elements across campaigns, including: Logo delivery and approvals, Messaging, copy points, and tagline coordination, Segment planning and execution details, Scheduling and ongoing follow‑up with vendors
Work closely with account managers, clients, and media vendors to ensure all elements are executed properly
Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
On‑Site Support & Execution
Attend and support on‑site campaign elements when needed, including: Events, Telethons or promotional activations
Assist in coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution
Media Team Support & Growth
Assist in the media buying process and learn BAM’s media systems and workflows
Support media team members with day‑to‑day execution tasks
Attend media vendor meetings to gain exposure to media opportunities and strategy
Contribute to internal discussions and team collaboration
Requirements & Skills
1–3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint preferred
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PTO, holidays, retirement plan, health insurance, cell phone stipend and computer.
