Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, highly creative Content Creator to bring our brand to life across social platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. This person is a self-starter, a genuine fan of the brand, and a natural storyteller with a strong point of view, sharp visual instincts, and a deep understanding of what makes content feel fresh, engaging, and true to a brand voice.
Working closely with the Founder/Creative Director and marketing team, you will lead the end-to-end creation of short-form content—from ideation through execution. You’ll translate our world into compelling, social-first storytelling that resonates with our audience and supports continued growth.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to contribute meaningfully to a growing brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept and pitch short-form content ideas across social platforms (primarily TikTok and Instagram)
Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to plan content and inform overall social strategy
Produce, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality, social-first video content
Partner closely with the Founder/Creative Director and marketing team on creative direction and execution of social shoots
Capture content at key brand moments, including store events (bead nights), product launches, fashion week, and other activations
Appear on camera in select content, showcasing product in a natural and engaging way
Edit content using agreed-upon tools, delivering polished, platform-optimized assets
Deliver content in a clear, organized, and timely manner for seamless posting
Stay ahead of trends and proactively contribute to content and community growth strategies
Track and present weekly performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, etc.) to inform future content
Attend weekly marketing meetings and collaborate on upcoming content priorities
Qualifications
Ability to take initiative and own the content creation process from ideation through final delivery
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and internet culture
Strong instincts for what makes content resonate—and why
Experience using social analytics and performance data to inform content strategy
Ability to ideate and execute quickly and independently
Proficiency in short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)
Strong visual eye, with an interest in fashion, accessories, and styling
Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Prior experience creating content for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, 2-3 days in-studio (Lower Manhattan)
