Overview
Seeking a Program Scheduler II to develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) supporting complex, contract-driven programs. This role partners with program teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity, performance tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed program schedules aligned with contractual requirements
Build and manage schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (both required)
Define task logic, dependencies, durations, float, and critical path
Perform schedule updates, variance analysis, and forecasting
Integrate subcontractor schedules into the overall IMS
Track milestones, key events, and cross-functional dependencies
Produce weekly performance updates and monthly schedule/cost reports
Identify root causes and recommend mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
4–7 years of program/project scheduling experience
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (must have both)
Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Critical Path Method (CPM)
Experience supporting contract-driven programs with structured reporting
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with government or DoD programs
Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Background in communication, transportation, construction, or software scheduling
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
Remote role with occasional travel (1–4 times per year)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
