What You’ll Do
- Drive ideation of attention‑grabbing ideas with strategy, account, media relations and analytics teams to ensure your concepts feed algorithms and transcend platforms.
- Own the voice for each campaign, balancing art and strategy; remain playful yet purposeful so your visuals and ideas deliver results.
- Build and mentor the creative team, shaping the next generation of talent and instilling a keen eye for storytelling and craft.
- Research platforms, subcultures, emerging media and niche communities to uncover untapped opportunities; stay ahead of Gen Alpha and Z on social channels, tracking viral memes and cultural conversations.
What You’ll Bring
- Obsessive curiosity about trends, platforms, memes and why certain ideas succeed.
- A social media sixth sense: know which platforms matter, what works where, and how to surprise audiences in their scroll.
- Pop culture proficiency across mainstream and niche internet circles.
- 10+ years of copywriting experience, especially on earned, digital and social‑first campaigns for culturally relevant brands; proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint) is required. Bonus points for filmmaking, videography, editorial, animation or HTML.

Salary range
$143,000 USD – $190,000 USD
