Strategic Business Planning Associate - Hybrid

These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.* Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience* Up to two years of experience in strategic planning* Analytical and problem solving skills* Excellent communication skills* Familiarity with project management tools, lifecycles, etc.* Proficiency using MS Office tools* Strategic planning experience* Insurance/financial services experience* Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology* Documentation experience* 1 year of retirement specific experience* Experience with ServiceNow and Jira* The Salary for this position generally ranges between $53,000 - $56,000 annually. ***Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including***qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs.
